Famous singer Sunil Perera, the leader of the Gypsies Band has passed away.

He succumbed to pneumonia while being treated at a private hospital in Colombo for a corona infection.

He was 68 years old at the time of his death. Funeral services will be conducted in accordance with Corona Health Guidelines.
