Minister of State for Corona Dr. Sudarshani Fernandopulle says that people are requested to wear two masks as the spread of corona is currently in full swing.

She also said that it is very important to wear a face shield when leaving the house.

She also urged the public to go to the nearest place irrespective of type and get the corona vaccine as soon as possible.

She urged people to take action to protect their own lives and to follow health care guidelines rather than wait for others to make decisions.

 She said it was more important for people to spend as much time at home as possible and that isolation was very important to control the corona.

She said this while she was speaking to the media in Gampaha.
