There is a risk of spreading the “Delta” variant of the covid-19 virus in Sri Lanka

Minister of State Prof. Channa Jayasumana says that there is a risk of spreading the “Delta” variant of the covid-19 virus in Sri Lanka in the future.

The Minister of State pointed out that various covid variants are now spreading in many countries of the world and there is a risk of the Delta variant spreading in Sri Lanka as well.

This was stated by the Minister of State Prof. Channa Jayasumana while addressing the media in Anuradhapura.
