Impose curfew immediately, No use for travel restrictions -The Public Health Inspectors Association

The Public Health Inspectors Association says that although Sri Lanka has been completely locked up the spread of the 25th due to the uncontrollable spread of corona infections in Sri Lanka, it is limited to the name only.

The President of the Association Upul Rohana says that the authorities and the public seem to have forgotten the purpose of the restrictions.

He also said that the travel restrictions are only in name and that businesses are open in many parts of Sri Lanka and many people are travelling on the road.

He also points out that under the guise of the ‘essential services’ label, a large number of non-essential institutions are calling in all employees and working as usual.
