Ships in a traffic jam in ; Suez Canal blocked

Egypt’s Suez river has blocked by a giant container ship owned by Taiwanese company Evergreen Marine. It is about a length of two foot ball pitches and stuck across the southern end of the canal. This prevents other ships from getting through this world’s busiest waterways.

Because of this the number of ships waiting at the canals southern entrance was growing fastly and people assume that this will affect shipping schedules around the world.

Egypt’s president assumed that it will take situations will be sloved after two to three days but the specialist said that it will take two or three weeks, if the containers have to remove from the ship.

But Specialist salvage companies have been brought in to help refloat and remove the ships.
