The Government Medical Officers Association issued a statement that some banks were imposing a fine even for the early settlement of loan.

Also they request President Gotabaya Rajapaksha to remove those unfair charges when settling loans.

Apart from that they pointed out about the interest rate they are charging for the pending loans even at the early dates before the deadline.

So they request to the president to concern about the early settlement fees and to reduce the interest rate.
