Organization: Securities and Exchange Commission of Sri Lanka (SEC) Position: Assistant Directors Functional Areas: Corporate Affairs, Capital Market Development, Market Surveillance, Human Resources, External Relations, Capital Market Education, Finance, Information Technology, and Regulatory Affairs.

Required Qualifications

• Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Business Administration, Management, HRM, Economics, Statistics, IT, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Mathematics, English, Data Science, Financial Engineering, Auditing, Quantitative Finance, Commerce, Science, Public Policy, International Relations, Risk Management, Cybersecurity, or any other relevant sector-specific qualification.
• Alternative Qualifications: Be an Attorney-at-Law (preferably with a Bachelor's Degree in Law) or hold a professional qualification from a recognized body.

Additional Requirements

• Experience: A proven track record with a minimum of eight (8) years of relevant experience at managerial or senior-managerial level.
• Age: Between 30 to 50 years (upper age limit does not apply to internal applicants or those from government sector institutions).
• Skills: Analytical and decision-making capabilities, solid background in research, excellent communication in English, Sinhala and/or Tamil, and proficiency in IT applications.
