The court has ordered the police to get a statement from former President Gotabhaya Rajapaksa.
This order has been issued about the discovery of 178 lakhs by the activists in the President’s House.
This order has been issued after considering a request before the court that this money was found in the former president’s bedroom and whether it was bribe money or received for some other matter.
Mr Gotabhaya Rajapaksa’s former president went to the house to get the relevant statement
