Roy Samanthanam, a member of the Tamil Diaspora, states that he was the one who made the cases against former President Gotabaya Rajapaksa unable to return to America.

He says that if Gotabhaya Rajapaksa goes to America, the case will be activated and through that he has been arrested.

He expresses these views while joining a youtube channel for a discussion.
