The Colombo Magistrate’s Court has issued a restraining order preventing the people from obstructing the people of Pettah by staying at Olcott Mawatha and other places around the Fort.

This order was issued after the police reported to the court about a protest that was organized to be held in that area today.

This order has been issued for leaders of many other organizations including monks.
