We need an all-party consensus- IMF informs Sri Lanka

It is reported that in order to obtain loan facilities from the International Monetary Fund, the agreement of all the political parties representing the Parliament is required for the loan program.

It is stated that this condition has been imposed by saying that the future political stability of Sri Lanka is essential for the repayment of the loan received by the fund.
