The famous American singer R. Kelly, who was convicted of many rape cases, was sentenced to 30 years in prison

Famous American singer R Kelly has been sentenced to 30 years in prison in connection with a sex crime case. Kelly had been accused of sexual abuse by several women. Investigation revealed these allegations to be true.

After that, this 55-year-old American star has been sentenced by the court. Notably, many of the women and girls who accused Kelly were fans of his.

Kelly has forcibly abused many of them. He was tried for 20 years in 9 cases and finally convicted. The trial against R. Kelly has been ongoing for the past 20 years.

After presenting 45 witnesses, he has been found guilty in 9 cases. Several cases are still under investigation. If convicted in these cases, Kelly’s sentence could be even higher.

One of the charges levelled against R. Kelly is that he married a 15-year-old girl. His marriage was hidden from the world and in the court, it was concluded that it was sexual abuse of the girl.

The investigation revealed that R. Kelly, with the help of his manager, bribed the officials to make this marriage illegal. This is not the first time a Hollywood star has been accused of sexual assault.

The names of many big stars have appeared in such cases before. Hollywood actors such as Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, Bill Cosby and Johnny Depp have been accused of rape and sexual assault. Michael Jackson was also accused of sexually abusing children in 1993.
