Heavy traffic has been reported in the Colombo City Hall area.

 This is due to a protest by health workers’ unions demanding higher wages.

Due to this, the police are requesting drivers to use alternative routes as much as possible

Health workers are protesting for three continuous days  requesting solutions for wage issue.
