Aluthgama Police arrested two youths with along with the two motorcycles worth Rs. 120 lakhs which were banned from driving on the roads of Sri Lanka in an motorcycles rally of 100 bikes travelling from the Southern Province to the Western Province yesterday night.
The motorcycle rally traveling along the Galle-Colombo main road on its way to the Western Province was Inspected by a team of traffic police in Aluthgama town.
A senior police official said that the two youths who were riding with the two motorcyclists traveling in the motorcycle rally were arrested.
The two youths arrested are from Kalutara, police said.
