At least 16 people have been killed in a road accident on a highway in South Africa.

 According to foreign media reports, the accident took place in the Limpopo area.

 Foreign media reported that a small bus carrying passengers had collided with a car. The bus had caught fire and 16 passengers had died in the accident.

Eight other people were injured in the accident and hospitalized, foreign media reported.
