Jeevan Mendis retires from international cricket

Sri Lanka all-rounder Jeevan Mendis has decided to retire from international cricket.  He has left a note on his Twitter account stating this.

Jeevan Mendis, who made his international debut in 2010, has taken 28 wickets and scored 636 runs in 58 ODIs.

Jeevan Mendin, who has played in 22 Twenty20 Internationals, took 12 wickets and scored 207 runs.

The last time he played in an ODI was against South Africa in June 2019.
