The Jaffna Civil Society Center says that there is a danger of another armed uprising in the Northern Province.
Its chairman, Arun Siddharthan, said there were already armed groups in the north.
He also said that India and RAW intelligence were behind those groups.
He made these comments in an interview on a youtube channel.
