The Government Nurses’ Association says the number of cases of the corona has doubled in recent weeks.

Its chairman Saman Ratnapriya said the government had stated that although Anuradhapura, Ampara, Badulla and other districts had reported the highest number of patients, the number was low.

He emphasized the need to focus on climate change and said that it was even more important now with the crisis.
