A suspect has been arrested during a raid carried out by the Colombo Police Narcotics Bureau and the Kalutara District Crimes Division today morning (30),with 40 kilograms of heroin in the Renukana area in Bandaragama,police said.
It has been revealed that the drug trafficking is being carried out from the United Arab Emirates.
Police Media Spokesman, Senior DIG Ajith Rohana stated that the value of the drugs is around Rs. 400 million.
