Famous singer Nalin Perera urges the public not to abuse the freedom they have been given for ceremonies including weddings.

Commenting on social media, he said that information has been received that more than 150 people have been invited to weddings in many places.

He said that he had intervened and told the authorities that the artists involved in the industry were in a serious crisis due to the ban on festivals, including weddings, and that he was ashamed of the misuse of permission by various parties.

He said that in the current situation, everyone should understand their responsibilities and behave in a self-disciplined manner, otherwise there will be restrictions again within another month.
