Travel restrictions are extended until 21

Army Commander General Shavendra Silva says that it has been decided to extend the active travel restrictions until the 21st of this month with effect from all over the island. Accordingly, the travel restrictions will not be removed on the 14th and will be effective until 4 am on the 21st of this month. However, the Army Commander said that it has been decided to allow several other services, including essential services, during the period when the travel restrictions are in effect.
