Old busses are submerged to sea

The Navy has initiated a program to submerge old vehicles in the sea in order to enhance and beautify the biodiversity of the North Sea and to create an artificial ecosystem. The Department of Fisheries and Aquatic Resources has initiated this project using the beaches off the islands of Jaffna and the Navy is taking the lead in this project.
