The house where Rohitha Rajapaksa, the youngest son of Prime Minister Mahinda Rajapaksa, currently resides is worth around Rs. 300 million, Maharagama Municipal Councilor Danushka Ramanayake said.

He said this while releasing a video on the internet.

However, he said that he did not know whether the house belonged to Rohitha Rajapaksa or whether the property was in his name and that he could only say that he was currently living in the house.

He also said that a group of people had gathered to celebrate Rohitha Rajapaksa’s birthday in that house.
