A 70-year-old woman was found dead in Balangoda on the 4th of this month after infecting corona, according to the Balangoda Medical Officer of Health.
She is a resident of Tenna Hena Road, Polwatta Junction, Balangoda. She had fainted on the way home from the garden on the 2nd and had died while admitting to the Balangoda Base Hospital, health sources said.
PCR at the Balangoda Base Hospital regarding the body has shown that she died of coronavirus infection.
