Sarath Weerasekera reveals mastermind behind the Easter attack

Naufer Moulavi identified as the mastermind of the Easter attack has been, Public Defense Minister Sarath Weerasekera said. He is currently under custody.

Mr. Sarath Weerasekera made this revelation at a press conference held yesterday( March 6)

Naufer Mawlawi is the theoretician of organization National Thowheed Jamaath also he had involved in bringing down the ideology of the Islamic State (IS) to Sri Lanka in 2014.

Public Security Minister further said that he has brainwashed Zahran Hashim into following the IS ideology.
