Nike sues over shoes with human blood ; “Satan Shoes”

Nike company is sues over a controversial pair of “Satan Shoes” that said to be contain a drop of real human blood in the soles.

The trainers cost around $1,018 (£740) and released 666 pairs of the shoes released by MSCHF on Monday in collaboration with rapper Lil Nas X and it was sold out in less than a minute.

The shoe launching was coinciding with the launch of Lil Nas X’s latest song Montero (Call Me By Your Name). The song was also debted by the youtube.

In the music video, the rapper is seen sliding down a stripper pole from heaven to hell, wearing a pair of the trainers and people are compaired this with the Bible verse Luke 10:18 – “So He told them, ‘I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven’.”

The shoe is red and black in colour and it has Nike air bubble cushioning sole, containing 60 cubic centimetres of red ink and a single drop of human blood.
