The Bribery Commission of Sri Lanka educated the Colombo High Court today that all charges recorded against previous MP Sajin de Vass Gunawardena in association with the Mihin Lanka defilement case has been removed.
Previous MP Sajin de Vaas Gunawardane revealed that the Bribery Commission educated this to the court when an argument documented by him against the Commission was taken ready for hearing today.
“At the crossroads when complaints were to be documented, the Bribery Commission pulled out all charges,” Sajin de Vaas Gunawardane said.
He said they pulled out all charges today as this was a completely manufactured case by then Director General Dilrukshi Wickramasinghe.
