Sri lanka has repoted its first death of a nurse due to covid 19. She had been employed at Mawanella base hospitle in the ward no 03.
The deceased Ms. Priyanthi Ramya Kumari ( 53 ) was transferred to Kandy National Hospitle on 11th of February and her death was reported 22nd of February.
Government nursing officer’s association reported her as a member of 98 bach of kandy nursing school. She was appointed to Mawanella base hospitle in the year 2001.
