​Requirements & Qualifications

​Qualifications vary by position, ranging from G.C.E. (O/L) to specialized Diplomas:

• ​Technical Officer: NDT, HND, or equivalent in the relevant field with age between 18–45 years.
• ​Management Assistant / Library Assistant: Requires G.C.E. (O/L) with credit passes in Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics, plus G.C.E. (A/L) passes. Computer literacy is a significant advantage.
• ​Supervisor (Landscape): G.C.E. (O/L) and completion of a one-year practical training course in Agriculture.
• ​Security Guard / Library Attendant: G.C.E. (O/L) with at least two credit passes. Applicants for Security Guard must provide a recent police report.
