Position: Sales Executive (02 Positions)

Employment Type: One-year contract basis

​Key Responsibilities:

• ​Promote and sell real estate projects, including housing schemes and apartment projects.
• ​Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• ​Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• ​Handle customer inquiries and conduct site visits.
• ​Support management in forecasting and reporting while driving high-value deals.

​Qualifications:

• ​Passed G.C.E. (O/L) with credit passes for four subjects including Sinhala/Tamil, English, and Mathematics in one sitting.
• ​Passed three subjects at G.C.E. (A/L) (excluding General Paper).
• ​Minimum one year of post-qualifying experience.
• ​Age: Between 25 and 45 years.

​Extra Added Qualifications:

• ​Diploma or Certification in Sales Management or Marketing (SLIM/CIM).
• ​Experience or knowledge in property/real estate sales.
• ​Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
