01. Post of Director (Administration & Human Resources) – HM 1-1

• ​Role: Overseeing HR policy, manpower planning, recruitment, performance evaluation, and compliance with labor laws.
• ​Qualifications (External): Bachelor's degree in HR, Personnel Management, or Public/Business Administration, plus a Post Graduate degree and 15 years of post-qualifying experience at a Managerial Level.
• ​Qualifications (Internal): Minimum 5 years of satisfactory service in a Manager category (MM 1-1) Grade I.

​02. Post of Director (Finance) – HM 1-1

• ​Role: Managing financial powers, accounting functions, budgeting, revenue collection, and statutory reporting.
• ​Qualifications (External): Honors Degree in Accountancy, Commerce, or Finance, plus a Post Graduate degree (Master's) OR Associate membership of ICASL, ACCA, CIMA, or CMA. Requires 15 years of managerial experience.

​03. Post of Secretary to the Consumer Affairs Council – HM 1-1

• ​Role: General administration of day-to-day Council activities, maintaining records, and coordinating investigations and inquiries.
• ​Qualifications (External): Attorney-at-Law and a Post Graduate degree (Master's) with 15 years of post-qualifying experience as a Company Secretary or Secretary of a statutory body.

​04. Post of Internal Auditor – MM 1-1

• ​Role: Planning and implementing internal audit programs and reporting to the Chairman/Board.
• ​Qualifications (External): Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accountancy, Management, or Commerce, plus 1 year of post-qualifying experience OR passing the Intermediate Examination of a recognized professional Chartered Institute with 1 year of experience.
• ​Age Limit: 22 to 45 years (Upper limit does not apply to internals).

​Salary and Benefits (Summary)

• ​Scale HM 1-1 (Posts 1-3): Rs. [91,640 - 2,480 \times 10 - 3,450 \times 15 - 158,240] (Effective 2027.01.01).
• ​Allowances: Includes Transport and Fuel allowance (for Directors), Professional allowance (DMS Circular 01/2025), and Cost of Living allowances.
