Job Overview
We are looking for a creative and highly organized Digital Program Producer to lead our digital content initiatives. In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end production of digital programs, ensuring they meet our high standards for quality, engagement, and innovation. You will be the bridge between creative vision and technical execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Concept Development: Research digital trends and brainstorm innovative program ideas for various social media platforms.
- Production Management: Oversee the full production cycle including pre-production, filming, and post-production.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate with videographers, editors, and graphic designers to ensure timely project delivery.
- Client & Creator Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for creators and brand sponsors to align on project objectives.
- Performance Tracking: Analyze viewer metrics and feedback to optimize future content and increase engagement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in the media industry, specifically in digital content production.
- In-depth knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram algorithms and trends.
- Proficiency in project management tools and a solid understanding of digital editing workflows.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Sinhala/Tamil is an added advantage).
