The Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA), operating under the Ministry of Housing, Construction and Water Supply, is the regulatory body overseeing the construction industry in Sri Lanka. They are currently seeking qualified, energetic, and dedicated professionals to join their team for several key officer-level positions.

​Applications are invited for the following posts (JM 1-2 Grade II):

• ​Supply Officer
• ​Maintenance Officer
• ​Accounts Officer

​Requirements & Qualifications

​1. Supply Officer

• ​External: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accountancy, or relevant field recognized by the U.G.C.
• ​Internal: Management Assistant (Non-Tech) Grade II in CIDA with 5 years of satisfactory service.

​2. Maintenance Officer

• ​External: NVQ Level 7 in the relevant field OR NVQ Level 6 with 5 years post-qualifying experience OR NVQ Level 5 with 10 years post-qualifying experience in a Government or reputed Private Sector organization.
• ​Internal: Management Assistant (Tech) Grade II in CIDA with 5 years of satisfactory service.

​3. Accounts Officer

• ​External: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accountancy, Commerce, or Business Administration recognized by the U.G.C. OR Intermediate Examination of ICASL/CIMA/ACCA.
• ​Internal: Management Assistant (Non-Tech) Grade II in CIDA with 5 years of satisfactory service.

​General Eligibility:

• ​Age: 22 to 45 years (Upper age limit does not apply to internal or Public Sector candidates).
• ​Citizenship: Must be a citizen of Sri Lanka.
• ​Character: Must be of excellent moral character and physically fit.

​Salary & Benefits

• ​Salary Scale: JM 1-2 - 2025: Rs. (74,010 - 10 \times 1,350 - 18 \times 2,040 - 124,330/-)
• ​Allowances: Cost of Living and other Government-approved allowances.
• ​Retirement: CIDA contributes 15% to EPF and 3% to ETF.
• ​Insurance: "Agrahara Gold" Medical Insurance facilities.
• ​Bonus: Payment of Bonus and Leave encashment as per Public Enterprise circulars.
