K.D.A. Weerasinghe & Co. (Pvt) Ltd., a premier construction company in Sri Lanka with CIDA Grade CS2 and international certifications (QMS, EMS, OH&SMS), is inviting energetic and qualified professionals to join its team.
The company is currently recruiting for two major initiatives: Road Projects in the Kalutara District and the Central Expressway Project (CEP 3) Rambukkana - Galagedara.
1. Road Projects in Kalutara District
The following positions are available for immediate recruitment for road construction projects within the Kalutara district:

| Quantity Surveyors | B.Sc. (QS), HND(QS)/NCT(QS) or equivalent. Min. 6 years total experience (4 years in road construction). |
| Assistant Quantity Surveyors | NVQ Level 4 (Civil) or equivalent. Min. 4 years total experience (2 years in road construction). |
| Technical Officers | NVQ Level 4 (Civil) or equivalent. Min. 5 years total experience (3 years in road construction). |
| Work Supervisors | NVQ Level 3 (Civil) or equivalent. Min. 5 years total experience (3 years in road construction). |
2. Central Expressway Project – CEP 3 (Rambukkana - Galagedara)
A wide range of technical and administrative roles are open for the construction of the Central Expressway:
- Engineering & Management: Project Manager, Deputy Project Manager, Senior Structural Design Engineer, Construction Manager, Site Engineers, Planning Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, and Plant Manager.
- Technical Roles: Technical Officers, Draughtsman, Material Technicians, Lab Technicians, and Quality Assurance Inspectors.
- Surveying: Senior Quantity Surveyor, Assistant Quantity Surveyor, and Assistant Surveyor.
- Specialized Roles: Mining Engineer (IML "A" Category), Safety Manager, Safety Officer, and Environmental & Social Manager.
- Support & Logistics: Administrative Manager, Document Controller, Store Keeper, and Assistant Store Keeper.
Note: Experience requirements vary by position, typically ranging from 3 to 15 years within the road construction industry.
