The Role & Responsibilities
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute business plans to accelerate sales and market penetration.
- Leadership: Lead, coach, and manage Area Sales Managers to consistently achieve KPIs.
- Market Expansion: Expand distribution networks and strengthen brand visibility across key territories.
- Financial Management: Drive profitability through margin management, cost discipline, and accurate sales forecasting.
What We’re Looking For
- Education: Professional qualification in Sales or Marketing (Degree or Diploma).
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Sales/Marketing, including senior leadership roles.
- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills with a results-oriented mindset.
