Former Member of Parliament Ranjan Ramanayake has been summoned to the Police Investigation Division of the Presidential Commission to Investigate Political Revenge yesterday (17). He was brought to the Commission’s office at the BMICH premises in Colombo under a high-security guard. Mr. Ranjan Ramanayake was summoned as a respondent in six complaints and he gave a statement to the police unit for about 4 hours.

A police constable has been killed
