Foreign News reports that the President of Sri Lanka, Gotabaya Rajapaksa, is currently on a ship anchored near Sri Lanka.
Although the initial report stated that there was information about the presence of a navy vessel in Sri Lankan waters, it was later removed.
The report also claims that the president is issuing announcements from an undisclosed location.
