The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has vowed to retaliate against Houthi rebels.
The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has issued a warning in response to a drone strike in Abu Dhabi by Houthi militants in Yemen, killing three people.
The Emirate is a partner in the Saudi-led coalition against the Houthi rebels, who are believed to be backed by Iran.
This is the first time that the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been subjected to such a vicious attack, despite repeated attacks by Houthi rebels across the Saudi border.
However, Houthi rebels have warned of further attacks on other targets in the emirate.
A Houthi spokesman said the attack targeted several important targets, including Abu Dhabi and Dubai airports and an oil refinery in the Mustafa area of Abu Dhabi.
