TNA MP Shanakayan Rasamanikkam says that sand is being dumped by a ship anchored off the coast of Batticaloa.

He also says that the sand unloaded from that ship will be transported by another ship at night.

He also said that armed officers would divert those approaching. The MP has said this while posting a note on his social media account.
