A lorry and a beer container had collided at Moragoda on the Anuradhapura-Padeniya main road.

The lorry was transporting tiles from Colombo to Jaffna and a vehicle transporting beer from Biyagama to Anuradhapura collided with each other.

The lorry transporting the tiles was parked near the road when the container which came from behind collided with the lorry.

No one was injured in the accident and police is suspecting that the driver may have fallen asleep while driving.
