Vacancies at the Medical Faculty of the University of Moratuwa – Project Management Unit

​The Higher Education Division of the Ministry of Education invites applications from qualified Sri Lankan citizens for various positions for the project of establishing the Medical Faculty of the University of Moratuwa. This project is implemented under the credit granted by the Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic Development.

​Available Positions

​The following vacancies are available within the Project Management Unit:

• ​Procurement Specialist (01 Post)
• ​Project Engineer (01 Post)
• ​Internal Auditor (01 Post)
• ​Project Accountant (01 Post)
• ​Project Officer (01 Post)
• ​Management Assistant (02 Posts)
• ​Office Assistant (01 Post)
• ​Driver (01 Post)

​General Conditions & Eligibility

• ​Age Limit: Maximum age of 64 years or below.
• ​Experience: Experience in a project funded by the Government of Kuwait or any foreign aid will be considered a special qualification.
• ​Nature of Employment: Appointed on a contract basis for one (01) year, with possible yearly extensions up to a maximum of two (02) additional years.
• ​Benefits: Includes EPF (12% employer, 8% employee contribution) and 3% ETF contribution.
