Applicant Qualifications & Requirements

To be eligible for this position, candidates must fulfill the following educational and professional criteria:

• G.C.E. (O/Level): Passed six (06) subjects in one sitting with Credit Passes for Sinhala/Tamil language, English language, Mathematics, and two other subjects.
• G.C.E. (A/Level): Passed in at least one subject (other than the common General Test).
• Experience: Possess a minimum of two (02) years of experience as a House Warden in a Government, Government-affiliated, or recognized private institution.
• Age Limit: Applicants should be between 18 and 30 years of age.

Salary and Service Conditions

Furthermore, the selected candidate will enjoy a structured salary and essential benefits:

• Monthly Salary: Rs. 60,950 - 10 x 730 - Rs. 68,250/- (Grade III).
• Employment Basis: Permanent basis with entitlement to Employees Provident Fund (EPF) and Employees Trust Fund (ETF) benefits.
