France has decided to cancel a meeting of defense ministers scheduled to be held between France and the United Kingdom.

This is in protest of the new security agreement recently signed between the United States, the United Kingdom and Australia.

Under the new agreement, other parties will support the construction of nuclear-powered submarines for Australia.

But in 2016, an agreement was signed between Australia and France to build an average of 12 submarines.

It is valued at US $ 37 billion. With the new security agreement, Australia has taken steps to rescind the agreement, which the French authorities have objected to.

The Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson has said that France should not worry about the Oaxaca agreement.
